2What times are you open?
We are always open. We have LED lighting to make washing after hours bright & safe. There are also security cameras monitoring the site for your safety.
3Is change available on site for self-service machines?
Yes, we have a change machine that takes $20, $10 & $5 notes plus it also swaps silvers for gold coins.
4Do you have Eftpos facilities?
We have now installed Paypass for your convenience, at the entry to the Automatic Wash machine. Google & Apple Pay are also accepted for the Automatic Car Wash. There is change machines on site for the Self Serve Bays.
5Is there an attendant on site?
Yes, 9 to 5 – 7 days a week.
6How long does an automatic wash usually take?
An automatic wash is just over 5 minutes of your time depending on the wash package you select.
7What do I do if I am at Kwik & Ezy but something isn’t working properly?
We pride ourselves on having the highest maintained equipment available for your use at all time. If for some unfortunate reason you encounter a problem, please notify the attendant on duty. If there is no attendant please call 0403 451 432 & we will be happy to assist you.

9Is the brushless car wash safe for my car?
Yes – this technology allows us to clean your car with high pressure water & quality chemicals without damaging your car or paintwork.
10Will it affect my paint protection from my car manufacturer?
No. You can take your car through this wash on a regular basis without compromising your paint protection.
11How do you get a spot free finish?
The spot-free finish is included in all Automatic washes – if your using the Self Service bays you’ll need to make that selection that at the end of your wash.
12Do you recycle your water & what are you doing to protect the environment?
Yes. It’s important to us that we reduce our footprint so we recycle 80% of the water consumed in the autowash using a water-recovery system. A standard car wash would use 300-400 litres of fresh water whereas we average only 80 litres.
13Is recycled water ok for my car?
We use a state of the art filtration system to disinfect & filter the water. These technologies demeralise the used water using reverse osmosis meaning it is completely clean & particle free & ready to safely wash another car.
14What wax do you use?
We use Carnauba wax. It’s known as the ‘queen of waxes’ & is the preferred choice of car collectors & enthusiasts for it’s stunning show car shine.
15Is there anyone who cannot clean their vehicle at Kwik & Ezy?
Yes. If you have a vehicle or trailer that is used for grass clippings or wood chips you are not permitted to use our facilities as it would compromise our water-recovery system.
